A smooth syrup of roasted pistachios with a hint of orange blossom on the finish. It flavours hot or iced drinks and cocktails: a matcha, an iced latte, a smoothie, or even yogurt or ice cream.

3/4 OZ. is a young Montréal company founded by two friends, designer Alexandrine Lemaire and photographer Hannah Palmer. It makes small-batch concentrates for cocktail lovers. One bottle makes up to 12 drinks.

Ingredients: water, cane sugar, pistachios, citric acid, orange blossom water, sea salt, less than 2% of: acacia gum, xanthan, potassium sorbate.

Allergens: contains pistachios.

Serving suggestion: add a small or a heaping tablespoon, depending on how indulgent you feel. Shake well before each use.

Storage: refrigerate after opening and use within 3 months of opening.

Origin: made in small batches in Montréal, with pistachios from California.
