A concentrated syrup made with organic Earl Grey tea, with bergamot aromas and a vanilla finish, for making a London Fog at home. One bottle makes 10 to 12 servings.
3/4 OZ., a young Montréal company, makes its concentrates in small batches. This one goes into hot milk or cold foam, and pairs well with cream, a matcha latte, coffee or a gin or vodka cocktail.
Format: 237 ml (8 oz) bottle, 10 to 12 servings.
Ingredients: water, cane sugar, organic Earl Grey, vanilla extract, citric acid.
Serving suggestion: shake the bottle well, then add a small or large tablespoon of concentrate to your drink, depending on how indulgent you feel.
Storage: refrigerate after opening and use within 6 months of opening.
