Three small bottles of cocktail syrup to sample the KWE Cocktails range: Tonic Boréal Houblonné, Sirop Menthe Sauvage and Sirop Bleuet et Lavande. Mixed with sparkling water, and a spirit if you like, they make cocktails inspired by Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean.
KWE Cocktails is based in Lac-Saint-Jean, with a shop in Alma. Its syrups bring together ingredients such as Labrador tea, wild mint, blueberry and hops.
Format: box of 3 bottles of 118 ml (4 oz) each, 354 ml in total.
Ingredients:
- Tonic Boréal Houblonné: water, sugar, lime, hops, citric acid, quinine, natural essences.
- Sirop Menthe Sauvage: water, sugar, lime, wild mint.
- Sirop Bleuet et Lavande: sugar, blueberry juice, water, Labrador tea, citric acid, lavender flowers.
Serving suggestion: mix with sparkling water and the spirit of your choice, over ice, to make cocktails with or without alcohol.
Storage: away from light; refrigerate after opening.
