Infused rum kit: Apple, cranberry and cinnamon

A blend of dried fruit and spices: just add your rum to make your own homemade infused rum. This recipe, called La Québécoise, pairs cranberry and apple, spiced with cinnamon, for a flavourful, slightly tart taste.
It is a creation by Le Sublime, a company born in 2020 out of its founder Edouard's passion for infused rum, a traditional drink of the Caribbean islands, where he travelled several times. The blends are made the artisanal way, by hand, in Montréal, with 100% natural dried fruit and spices.
Format: 75 cl bottle containing the blend. Alcohol not included.
Ingredients: apple, cranberry, Ceylon cinnamon stick, cane sugar. No preservatives, no artificial flavours or colours, and no added sugar in the fruit.
Serving suggestion: fill the bottle with rum up to the base of the neck (about 750 ml) and let it steep for at least one month in a dry place, away from light, at room temperature; refrigerating the infusion is not recommended. The longer you wait, the more intense the flavours. Le Sublime recommends a white rum, ideally rhum agricole; gin or vodka also work. To flavour your infused rum, add maple syrup or honey to taste.
