A maple syrup aged in charred oak barrels that once held bourbon. The bourbon aromas give the maple the roundness and robustness of American whiskey, with a smooth, vanilla finish. The syrup contains no alcohol.

Based in Chaudière-Appalaches, TRACE applies spirit-aging methods to maple syrup. This syrup pairs with red meat and grilled dishes.

Format: 200 ml.

Ingredients: maple syrup.

Serving suggestion: pour over grilled dishes and meat, or add to your marinades and cocktails.

Storage: refrigerate after opening.

Origin: syrup from TRACE's family sugar bush in Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud, in Chaudière-Appalaches.
