A concentrate of lacto-fermented, spiced Quebec apples for making a homemade Appletini. Its taste recalls spiced apple pie, with a hint of tartness.
It pairs with a forest gin, in a martini, or can simply be poured into sparkling water or sparkling wine. It is a creation of 3/4 oz., a young Montreal company.
Format: 250 ml (8 oz) bottle, about 12 servings.
Ingredients: lacto-fermented apple juice (apples, water, honey, sea salt, rye, wheat flour, cinnamon, cardamom, mint, hibiscus flowers), water, cane sugar, citric acid, ginger juice.
Allergens: contains rye, wheat and gluten.
Serving suggestion: in a glass with ice, pour 3/4 oz of syrup and 1.5 oz of spirit, then top up with sparkling water.
Storage: keep away from light; refrigerate after opening and use within 10 months of opening.
Origin: created in Montreal with Quebec apples.
