Find stability in your meditation practice with the zafu, a round, comfortable cushion.
By raising the hips, it makes cross-legged seated positions more stable and comfortable. Its cover with a long zipper is easy to wash and its filling of Quebec buckwheat hulls is hypoallergenic, recycled and compostable. A creation by Amma Thérapie, in Château-Richer.
How to use: Place the zafu on a zabuton, a yoga mat or the floor, then sit on it. Hand wash the cover in cool soapy water and let it air dry.
Precautions: External use only. Avoid the eye area and discontinue use in case of irritation.
Storage: Store away from heat and light.
