Four woodland chocolates with flavours from the Gaspésie terroir: wild daisy, elderflower, dune pepper with wildflower honey, and spruce with rose.
Couleur Chocolat makes them in its workshop in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, in the Gaspésie region. The spices were respectfully harvested by Gaspésie Sauvage.
Format: box of 4 pieces, 40 g.
Ingredients: sugars (sugar, dextrose, invert sugar, honey, glucose), unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, cream, butter, sorbitol, milk powder, butter oil, glycerol, alcohol, lecithin, natural powdered flavours (wild daisy, spruce, elderflower, dune pepper), rose water, natural vanilla flavour, colour.
Allergens: contains milk. According to the maker, all its products may contain traces of tree nuts; no peanuts are used in its kitchens, but it has no peanut-free certification.
Serving suggestion: enjoy one piece at a time, as a tasting or for dessert.
Storage: in a cool, dry place, between 12 and 20 °C, away from heat and light. Eat within 2 months of delivery; the expiry date is usually under the box.
Origin: chocolates made in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, in the Gaspésie region.
