Kabir Kouba Inspiration

Kabir Kouba Inspiration is an Indigenous-owned business based in Wendake, founded by Simon Landry Asselin, a member of the Ilnu Nation of Mashteuiatsh. Its name refers to the waterfall on the Saint-Charles River and evokes the river's winding course.

Its approach comes down to one word: « boréaliser », replacing imported spices with plants from the boreal forest. Its infused oils and boreal syrups are handmade in small batches with plants such as Labrador tea, dune pepper, sweetfern and sweet gale.
