The spoon glides through the amber syrup, and the clean maple taste lingers long after the last bite. A pure maple syrup in a 100 ml glass bottle, to keep for yourself or to give.

Sucrerie de Courval is the family sugar bush of Nancy Plourde and Éric Dupuis in Saint-Joachim-de-Courval. The couple has owned the land since 2005; the family began its first sugaring season there in the spring of 2010. The sugar bush now has 9,300 taps, and everything is processed on site. Its syrup is mostly offered in the amber colour class, with a rich taste.

Format: 100 ml glass bottle.

Ingredients: 100% pure maple syrup.

Serving suggestion: pour over desserts and dishes, or add to your salad dressings.

Storage: refrigerate after opening.

Origin: produced at the sugar bush in Drummondville (Saint-Joachim-de-Courval sector), Centre-du-Québec.
