A sweet-and-salty smoked seasoning that combines the house classics, smoked salt and pepper, with organic garlic flower and maple sugar. It is especially well suited to fish and also livens up meat and vegetables.
It is made in the Eastern Townships (Estrie) by Les As du Fumoir, a company founded in 2017 in Bury, near Sherbrooke.
Format: 60 g or 140 g.
Ingredients: smoked Himalayan salt, organic garlic flower, maple sugar, smoked pepper.
Serving suggestion: sprinkle generously over fish, meat or vegetables before or during cooking. You can also add it at the end of cooking, or to soups, salads or purées.
Storage: in an airtight container, away from moisture.
Origin: made in the Eastern Townships (Estrie).
