A wild lingonberry jam made from small ruby-red berries hand-picked in late autumn, right from the floor of the taiga. Their tangy, complex and bold flavour recalls that of their cousin, the cranberry.

Gourmet Sauvage, based in Mont-Blanc in the Laurentides, turns the lingonberries into jam in small batches, with responsible harvesting. The jam is vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO.

Format: 190 ml glass jar.

Ingredients: lingonberries, organic sugar.

Serving suggestion: on toast in the morning, with cheese and croissants at brunch or in a gourmet sandwich. It also goes with chocolate cake or brownies, pâtés and foie gras, and makes a sauce for meats.

Storage: refrigerate after opening.

Origin: lingonberries from the Côte-Nord; jam by Gourmet Sauvage, in Mont-Blanc, in the Laurentides. A product of Quebec.
