A smooth caramel that pairs the fragrance of Williams pear with the sweetness of white chocolate, for a treat that is fruity and chocolatey to your heart's content.
CARAMELS F.A.A., for "faits avec amour" (made with love), cooks it in Québec City with 35% cream and pear purée, with no preservatives. It belongs on autumn-coloured tables.
Format: 315 g jar.
Ingredients: sugars (glucose, sugar, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk), 35% cream (cream, milk, carrageenan, mono- and diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate), Williams pear purée, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), citric acid, ascorbic acid.
Allergens: contains milk and soy. According to the maker, this caramel is gluten-free and peanut-free.
Serving suggestion: enjoy by the spoonful, on crêpes or ice cream, or drizzled over your desserts.
