A specialty coffee from Ethiopia, with notes of peach, tangerine and red fruit. The beans come from the Sidama region (Bona Zurita, Beka kebele); they are processed using the washed method at the Ayele Tulu washing station and grown at an altitude of 2,000 to 2,340 m.

At Dums Coffee, it is roasted by a woman every Sunday in Montréal.

Format: 250 g bag.

Ingredients: 100% arabica coffee from Ethiopia, varieties 74110 and 74112.

Serving suggestion: brew it using your favourite method. If you buy whole beans, grind them just before brewing to preserve the aromas.

Storage: in an airtight container, away from air, moisture and light.

Origin: grown in Ethiopia and roasted in Montréal.
